First time going to Knight Ford and it was a great experience. At first when I called to make the appointment, the people were rude on the phone (main desk and quick lane people who answered the phones). But when I went to pick it up, Madison was super friendly, informative and polite. He explained about my tire sensors, explained about my “leak”. I knew I had a leak but never been told about it in depth like I was the other day. Thank you! I will be back for my next oil change 🙂

Went in for regular oil change and had them look at a headlight. Got a bit of price shock when they told me that the assembly needed replacement. But they told me it not a big deal because the low/high beams and signal still work. It's just a cosmetic light that quit working. FYI headlight assembly is 2100 not installed.
The employees here are always friendly and knowledgeable. We still get small town personal treatment in a world where thats getting very hard to find. We have dealt here for many years and will continue for many more.

I scheduled our 2021 Aviator for an oil change and a check to determine why there seemed to be an increase in road noise when travelling. The oil change was completed and an issue requiring new parts for repair was identified, all in a reasonably short time while I waited. I left the dealership pleased as the vehicle was also cleaned inside and outside.
I booked my 2019 Edge in for oil change./tire change bal. and wheel align. service was quick and even with wheel align. problems Madison was able to get it done at another Knight Dealership in Moose Jaw , saving rebooking and other problems. Bought a truck from them in March excellent to deal with. Got my oil changed on the weekend they had a spot open for me on Saturday at 8:00 in the morning. Told me between 45mins-1 hr and they had had it done. Very happy with the service.
